Saves recording options into specified file
Parameters
ro_file_name - string providing the full pathname to the recording options file
Return values
ANALYZERCOMERROR_UNABLEOPENFILE – unable to open file
Remarks
If specified file does not exists it will be create, if it exists it will be overwritten.
