• *Remove ‘O’-Ring and Sapphire
window taking care to avoid
scratching Sapphire window.
*Recommend using toothpick.
•
Clean sapphire windows with a
soft, lintless tissue (use DI water,
if necessary).
To Reassemble
• Install IR Cell.
• Install Source Assembly end
piece.
