green start button will now pop out to the off position. Flushing can now be carried out as
before.

Finally if a count on the PDC was set too little and more resin is required to fill the mould simply
press the PDC rest button followed by pressing the green start button once again. As this
selects the original count set, the machine will now continue to pump until the full reset count is
achieved. Stop the machine as described above in these circumstances and record the number
of extra counts the mould needed. This will allow a more accurate count to be set for the next
injection cycle on the same mould.


4.4 RollMate® Application Use - SSB non auto version

4.6 The RollMate® is specifically designed to fit to the SSB non auto version. The resin
mixture hose quick connects directly to the Resin Mix outlet point with its own brass quick
connect and the red RollMate® signal line connects to the lower 4 mm unplugged marked fitting
on the side of the Chassis next to the Mix outlet point..

4.7 The pump start stop control will now operate remotely from the RollMate ® wand. Only
operate the machine via the RollMate® handle Start /Stop trigger when the RollMate® is
connected. For safety reasons do not use the machine Start/Stop control when the RollMate® is
connected

4.8 When using the SSB in RollMate® mode set Mix output pressure to at least 6 -7 bar and
control speed/flow of dispense with pump speed regulator.

4.9 Notes. Never disconnect RollMate® from the mix outlet point during use or whilst the
flush and air flush cycle is operating.

Use only Recommended RollMate feed hoses and at the recommended lengths. Do not
add length to the feed hose especially when using filled resin systems.

5.0 Non Mix Dispense Mode (Optional) on SSB standard non auto version


5.1 To Use the SSB as a dispense machine for metered non mix applications. It is necessary to
have the optional Meter dispense attachment.

5.2 This unit is secured by two M6 screws pre drilled in the base of the Catalyst bottle holder.
Attach the Dispense bar and secure both the resin and catalyst recirculation pipes at the
appropriate positions.

5.3 Accurately Metered amounts of non mixed resin and catalyst may then be dispensed on
demand by operation of the Pump start/stop control. The volume of resin and catalyst
dispensed is recorded on the counter for each dispense cycle.

5.4 Notes.
