Resin Rate Meter programming

All programming is accomplished from the front panel of the Resin Rate
Meter. There are a series of switches at the rear of the meter that are preset
at the factory and should not be changed. The one exception is the switch to
the far right, when looking at the rear of the meter. Pushing this switch up to
the on position will lock in a program so it cannot be changed until the
switch is turned off. The down position is how it comes from the factory.
The Resin Rate Meter has been programmed at the factory for resin with a
specific gravity of 1.08 using a calibration number of 10.290 for the VLS-
4600 pump and 26.542 for the HVLS-1000 pump. The only change you may
be required to make is the calibration number for your particular resin. See
chart A.

NOTE: If you do not know the specific gravity of the resin you are using,
contact your resin supplier.
