Step 14) Push the Down Cursor button again and the display will
change to this:
This is a panel display test to check for any LED elements that may be out
and could possibly give you false readings. This is the final function of the
program mode and the RUN/PROGRAM button should now be pressed
to return you to the run mode of the unit.
