NOTE: The calibration number must be multiplied by the corresponding
decimal point used in step 6. See example etc. with Chart B.

At this point in the programming it is possible to leave the program mode

and go back to the RUN/PROGRAM mode. To do so push the

RUN/PROGRAM button and all changes will be saved and you will be

back in RUN mode ready for operation.

Chart B

NOTE: This chart is for calibration numbers to be used with a one place
decimal number readout. When using decimal places in the display,
multiply the calibration number by the corresponding decimal point.

Example: .0 decimal = a multiplier of 10.

If you are having problems with the unit you may wish to run through the
remaining programming steps to make sure that none of the remaining
values have been changed from what was programmed at the factory.

NOTE: As you proceed through the remaining program steps the DOWN

CURSOR will move the display from step to step and the RIGHT

CURSOR will change the display for the values possible in each step. If

the correct value is not displayed at each step.

To determine the calibration
number for a specific gravity
that does not appear in Chart B
simply multiply the specific
gravity of the resin by .7940 for
a VLS-4600 pump and by
2.0480 for a HVLS-1000 pump.

Example: .7940 x 1.08 = .8575
