Preface:
The MVP CB-6000-RT Resin / Glass Monitor is a four display unit for monitoring
the material throughput of a specific MVP GFRP production machine. When
properly calibrated, the monitor will give a continuous and accurate display of the
resin and glass being consumed to produce a given part. It shows resin and
glass consumption per minute to 1/10 of a pound and total amounts of resin and
glass that have been consumed to 1/10 of a pound. The design of the system is
modular so that if one component should become inoperative it can be removed
from the unit and replaced without having to disturb the rest of the components.
Attention has been given to accuracy and ease of operation so that the unit can
be used for any GFRP application.
