Glass Rate Meter programming:


All programming is accomplished from the front panel of the Glass Rate
Meter. The programming sequence for the Glass Rate Meter is identical to
the procedure outlined for the Resin Rate Meter except for the calibration
number entered.

The Glass Rate Meter has been programmed at the factory for a 205 yield
glass pulling 2 strands through the roving cutter, 0.0613 calibration number
for an Pro Chopper, VRC-2000-XXX and 4 Strand chopper (70020-X). The 6
Strand roving cutter (70010-1) Glass Rate Meter is programmed for 4
strands of 205 yield glass, the calibration number is 0.1757.

Below are charts for the calibration number to use for the common yields
of glass and the number of strands being pulled.
