Troubleshooting:
1) If nothing happens when the unit is powered up, check the fuse on
the back of the unit. If it is good, check to make sure that that power
is coming through the supply cord.
2) If the rate reading for the resin pump is consistently fluctuating a few
tenths of a pound, loosen the lock nut and screws the ball joint up or
down slightly to smooth out the reading. The closer it is to center,
the less fluctuation will be noticed. If this doesn't correct the
problem, move the sensor closer to the magnet holder. If this still
doesn't correct the problem, check the cable connections.
3) If the glass rate is fluctuating check to make sure that the rotor is
correctly adjusted and tight on the motor shaft. If the problem still
exists check to make sure the sensor is tight on the glass counter
assembly and that all connections are tight.
