Troubleshooting:
Caution: Before attempting to disassemble any portion of catalyst or resin
system, the fluid pressure in the system should be fully relieved. The air supply
to power head of pump should be turned off. Allow fluid to drain into proper
container.
NO RESIN IS COMING OUT -
CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
A. Check air supply to pump.
B. Check resin supply.
C. Check pick-up wand screen, resin hose & ball valve for obstructions.
D. Replace piston cups, piston & inlet ball and packings.
NO CATALYST IS COMING OUT -
CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
A. Check catalyst pump for air lock.
B. Check catalyst supply.
C. Check screen in jug for obstructions.
D. Replace catalyst pump piston seal, piston & inlet ball and packings.
METERING IS UNEVEN -
CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
A. Check both pumps for even delivery of material on both up & down strokes.
B. Check fluid lines for obstructions.
C. Check catalyst pump for air lock.
D. Assure that ball valves are in full open position.
