Priming Procedures:

With the hoses connected as stated above:

1.

Fill the catalyst jug with a supply of catalyst.

2.

Allow catalyst to gravity feed down to the inlet of the pump. Be sure to let all air
bubbles rise back to the jug before operating the pump.

3.

Disconnect the catalyst pump from the slave arm and move it to the extreme end
of the slave arm. Pin it in a vertical position. Pin should be between bearing block
and resin pump but not connecting the bearing block to the slave arm. Catalyst
pump must not stroke when the resin pump is activated.

4.

Place suction wand of resin pump into an adequate supply of resin.

5.

Open parallel ball valves, pull handle down. Make sure there is a container to
catch the dispensed material.

6.

Slowly increase air pressure to the resin pump. Turn the regulator knob clockwise.

7.

Allow resin to move through the pump and out the ball valve until an even flow is
emitted from the dispensing nozzle. No air.

8.

Turn parallel ball valves off in the up position. Allow the resin pump to stall (stop)
against the fluid pressure.

9.

Now return to the catalyst pump and operate the catalyst pump by hand until fluid
pressure (catalyst) builds to the point where it is difficult to move the pump up
and down by hand.

10. Move the catalyst pump along the slave arm toward the resin pump. Pin the bearing

blocks, top and bottom, to the slave arms at the desired catalyst percentage.

11. Increase the air pressure to the desired operating pressure of the resin pump and

allow the pump to stall against the fluid pressure.

12. With an appropriate container under the dispensing nozzles, open the parallel

ball valves. The unit will now dispense resin and catalyst.

NOTE: It may take the catalyst pump a few strokes to balance out. Therefore, the first
container of materials dispensed may be a little low on the catalyst percentages.

After the initial start-up, the unit will dispense a quantity of resin with the proper catalyzation
each time the ball valves are open, provided the material supply is maintained.
