Shut Down Procedures:
TO SHUT THE UNIT DOWN OVERNIGHT:
1. Turn the regulator knob counter-clockwise until the gauge reads zero.
2. Clean nozzle and ball valve area.
TO SHUT THE UNIT DOWN FOR PROLONGED PERIODS:
1. Bleed resin and catalyst from the system.
2. Purge resin pump through the ball valve with solvent until clean.
3. Purge catalyst pump, by hand, through the ball valve with distilled water.
Caution: Using a fluid other than distilled water to purge the catalyst pump may
contaminate the catalyst pump.
4. Bleed the cleaning materials from both pumps.
5. Cover the dispensing nozzles separately with small plastic bags. Fasten in place
with rubber bands or twist ties.
6. Cover the resin suction wand screen with a plastic bag. Secure in place.
7. Cover complete unit with plastic sheet. Store in a dry, dust-free place.
