Blockage of the actuator:

heck whether the blockage is caused by the attached fitting.
If necessary, remove the swivel actuator from the fitting for the
inspection.

heck whether there is a blockage of the pistons in the actuator.
Here too, it is recommended to remove the actuator from the fitting
and to check the actuator separately. If necessary, replace the
sealing elements in the actuator.
