SiS 620 Properties
6.2.7 Video Setting
Allows you to adjust the brightness and contrast
of the screen output. This function is available
only in 16-bit color (high color, 65K-color) and
32-bit (true color plus 8 bits for an alpha chan-
nel, 16.7M-color) color depths.
6.2.6 Display Modes
Lets you adjust the size of your screen. This
function also allows you to manipulate the
screen refresh rate, color depth, and font size.
When you have finished making adjustments, click OK. You will see the following prompt.
Colors
Your color depth choice affects possible maxi-
mum resolution and refresh rate.
Desktop area
Use the slider to adjust screen resolution.
Refresh rate
Use refresh rates of at least 72Hz to avoid flickering
Font size
Click the Custom button to open the Custom Font Size dialog box to create your own font
sizes for your display.
If you do not answer the prompt within 15 seconds, your original settings will be restored.
You may also press
to restart the computer for the settings to take effect.
