One-Piece Seat
Hardware Included:
• One Nylon Washer
• One Chrome Bracket
Baseplate Features:
The one-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate directly
replaces the stock one-piece and two-piece seats. Rubber
bumpers are positioned to prevent the seat from touching
the frame and fender.
Stock Seat Removal Steps
VT1100 Shadow & Spirit Models
1. Remove rear fender acorn nut with a 10 mm
wrench. Set aside to mount Mustang Seat.
2. Remove rear seat.
3. Remove two bolts holding mounting bracket
behind solo seat. This bracket is not used with
the Mustang seat.
4. Slide solo seat back and up to remove.
VT1100 ACE & Sabre Models
1. Remove rear fender acorn nut with a 10 mm
wrench. Set aside to mount Mustang Seat.
2. Remove the mounting bolts on each side of the
front seat with a 12 mm socket.
3. Slide the entire seat back and up to remove.
