On-Site Technical Support
GE has field service representatives (FSRs) located
globally; this allows us to deploy a specialist close to
you quickly and cost effectively:
• Scheduled Service Visits – contracted service
visits from a GE FSR to review operations and
perform maintenance checks. Recommendations
to improve operations will be detailed in a service
visit report
• Unscheduled Service Visits - a visit from a GE
FSR to review and perform work on a specific
technical issue or group of issues
• Plant Audits – a full service visit from a GE Spe-
cialist to provide a comprehensive review of pro-
cess, mechanical, controls or programming
operations. Recommendations to improve or op-
timize operations will be detailed in a report.
• Knowledge Services – we have the expertise to
train you and your team in the key aspects of
your plant and water filtration. Training can be
carried out on site or via web conferencing
Parts & Consumables
GE is able to provide you with the parts and
knowledge base you need to keep your plant going
every day and the tools you need to plan for the fu-
ture.
• Parts and Consumables Sales – our sales team
can provide you with all of the OEM & 3rd party
parts and tools you need to maintain your plant.
Whether it be membrane modules, pumps, in-
strumentation, controls or valves, we have the
right parts for your GE designed system
• Smart Parts Program – our Smart Parts special-
ists will analyze your inventory needs and design
a customized inventory strategy to minimize
downtime and cost
• Membrane Replacement Planning – GE can
help you plan for the future by providing you with
the tools and expertise needed to develop your
long term replacement strategy
Conversions, Modifications &
Upgrades
GE has a team of Engineers that will help you take
advantage of the latest advancements in both
technology and products. Making these changes
to your plant will help you save money in the long
run. We focus on upgrades that provide a strong
return on investment, simplified operation and
increased robustness.
• Tank Drain Upgrade – tank drain is an operat-
ing mode that is an upgrade from feed & bleed.
Switching to tank drain will save energy, re-
duce operating costs and increase membrane
life
• Air Ejector Upgrade – an advancement in air
removal technology, air ejectors are an up-
grade from vacuum pump systems. Switching
to air ejectors will increase productivity, save
energy and reduce maintenance costs
• ZeeWeed* 500d Upgrade – take advantage of
our newest product features and design im-
provements by moving to the latest ZeeWeed
500d modules. Upgrading your 500a/b/c will
give you the most advanced technology, in-
creased membrane surface area and improved
serviceability features
Contract Services
GE can offer you security and peace of mind with
our MPA, OnPoint and warranty offerings.
• Membrane Performance Agreement (MPA) –
maintain the performance of your membrane
modules for up to 10 years through a planned
arrangement for membrane repair and re-
placement
• OnPoint - a multi-faceted service product
combining some or all of the following ele-
ments: remote monitoring and diagnostics, on-
site and off-site technical support, membrane
replacement planning and parts and consum-
ables supply
• Warranty Services – a portfolio of customiza-
ble warranty plans that will give you security
and peace of mind for years to come
