Pretreatment for RO System
Description and Use
GE’s Multimedia Filtration (MMF) Trailer can be used
to feed a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit where the raw
water has high turbidity or is of such quality that
could foul an RO. The units are designed to pro-
duce water at flow rates up to 800 GPM (204
m
3 /hr.). The unit can remove significant turbidity
with appropriate use of a coagulant.
