Using “C” Product for Industrial
There is very little risk in using “C” devices for industrial applications because the V

conditions for 3.3V products are
the same for commercial and industrial (there is only 15
°C difference at the high end of the temperature range). To use
commercial product for industrial temperature ranges, de-rate I
CC
by 15%.
