8 Supplementary programmings
8.1 Failure processing
In mode 0 - 93 the reaction of the relay and current outputs
in case of failure can be defined.
Programming possibilites
Mode Current outputs Relay outputs
0 - 93 LED
= 1 actual currents are no change
stored
= 2 current - 0 mA
= 3 current corresp. to 0 % operated relay de-energize
= 4 current corresp. to 100%
Programming example
Change-over to failure processing
e.g.
0 - 93 = 4
• Enquire mode 0 - 93 in the MODEFIELD
• Program figure 4 in the PARAMETER FIELD
• Then store with STO
Note
For adjustment of the failure processing observe
additionally the schedule of error codes in the supplement.
7.8 Current module
The pulse-echo measuring system can be equipped with
another module. The module is provided with two current
outputs.
Current output 1 is automatically coordinated to the flow
proportional output result and current output 2 to the level
proportional output result.
The course of characteristics of the current output is fixed
by an initial and final point.
The factory setting defines a course of 4 … 20 mA
corresponding to 0 … 100 %.
Within the whole range of 0.00 … 20.00 mA, each current
value can be programmed for a raising or falling
characteristics.
