In the menu item " prop. to“ you can choose
between percent and volume. "Prop. to vol-
ume“ is then useful when you have chosen
spherical tank or user programmable curve
under "Conditioning - Linearisation curves“.
The output current or the output voltage then
assume a value proportional to the volume of
the tank contents.
Unit:
Selection list dependent on the choice in the
previous menu item "prop. to“ (see chapter "8
Measuring results and units“).
The menu item range "0%…100%“ only ap-
pears with measurement loop TAG-No. 3
(with gauge difference, level difference
measurement). The measured value can be
here -100 %.
Therefore the range can be adjusted to
"
-100 % to +100 %“. The correlation between
output current and output voltage can be
seen in the diagram below.
Parameter adjustment
Volt output/Current output:
If "free“ is chosen, the following (light grey)
menu items appear:
- Volt at 0 %/100 %:
Individual voltage values between 0 V and
+10 V can be adjusted.
- Current at 0 %/100 %:
Individual current values between 0 mA
and +20 mA can be adjusted.
In failure mode:
The height of the output current/output volt-
age in case of failure is set here. If "--“ is
chosen, the existing value is maintained.
Volt limitation/Current limitation on:
Voltage or current of the output remain within
the values were set in the menu item Voltage
output/Current output, even if a level of more
than 100 % or less than 0 % is measured.
