Therefore, in practical application, the trans-
ducer has to be oriented so that the lowest
possible false echo signal strength is
achieved. Only giving attention to the size of
the useful echo is usually not adequate under
difficult measuring conditions. In most cases,
a low false echo level enables the sensor to
reliably pick up the useful echo. With the
adjustment software VVO on the PC, you can
view the echo image (see manual VVO "Sen-
sor optimisation".
