For diesel engines, in emergency cases where genuine products are not available, lubricants with min. performance ACEA C2 are
accepted. If this is the case, the best engine performance is guaranteed. We however recommend replacing the lubricant with
those recommended by Fiat Dealership.
The use of products with characteristics inferior to ACEA C3, for petrol engines, and ACEA C2, for diesel engines, could cause dam-
age to the engine, not covered by the warranty.
For petrol versions with Multi Air system, the use of lubricants with features below ACEA C3 and SAE grade other than 5W-40
could cause damage to the engine, not covered by the warranty.
