Replying to a
Message You can send a reply to the originator of a voice mail message, provided
that the NBX system has received the necessary caller ID information.
If you receive a message that is marked Private, you can reply to the
originator, but you cannot forward the message to others.
To reply to a message after you listen to it:
1 Press 4.
2 After the tone, record your reply.
3 Hang up, or press # for more options.
4 If you press #, press one of these buttons:
Send your reply.
Re-record your reply.
Listen to your reply.
Mark the message Private or Urgent. See “Marking a
Message as Private or Urgent” later in this chapter.
Cancel your message.
