Operator Controls
This section discusses the functions of the controls and indicators on the printer.
Become familiar with each of these functions before operating your 105SL printer.
Power Switch
The power switch, which is located at the back of the printer above the power cord,
should be turned off (O) before connecting or disconnecting any cables. External
influences, such as lightning storms or noise on the power or data cables, may cause
erratic printer behavior. Turning the printer’s power off and then back on may
reestablish proper printer operation.
Front Panel Display
The front panel display ( Figure 3 ) communicates operational status and setup modes
and parameters.
