H1–HARD DISK
ERROR The printer is unable to
find the hard disk. Switch the power off and
then switch it on again.
H2–HARD DISK
CONTROLLER ERROR Switch the power off and
then switch it on again.
H3–HARD DISK IS
FULL The printer hard disk is
full. Remove fonts or resources
from the hard disk using
CentreWare DP.
JA–REPLACE OIL KIT The printer is out of fuser
oil. Open the Front Cover and
the Fuser Cover. Install a
new Fuser Oil Kit. Close
the covers.
J1–ADD YELLOW
TONER The Yellow Toner level is
low. Open the Top Rear Cover
and refill the Yellow
Toner.
Close the cover.

J2–ADD MAGENTA
TONER The Magenta Toner level
is low. Open the Top Rear Cover
and refill the Magenta
Toner.
Close the cover. *
* If recently refilled and the message remains, toner may be blocking the
opening. Tap the toner hopper lightly.
