DESIGNATE CUSTOM PAPER SIZE
To use the media tray for paper sizes other than letter, A4 or legal, you
must set the paper size in the Control Panel. Follow the steps below to set
the tray to one of the supported sizes. (Sizes not listed in the Control Panel
menu can only be printed through the Manual Feed tray. See “Chapter 3:
Print Media.”)
1. Press the On Line button located on the Control Panel. The
message is cleared, and is displayed.
2. Press the Menu button, located immediately below the Message
Display Window. The message is cleared, and the Top
Menu is displayed.
3. Scroll through the Top Menus, using the Previous and Next buttons
until is displayed.
4. Press the Enter button when is displayed.
5. Scroll through the sub-level menu options, using the Previous and
Next buttons until is displayed.
6. Press Enter when is displayed.
7. Scroll to display the desired paper size.
8. Press the Enter button when the paper size you want to designate is
displayed.
9. Press the On Line button to put the printer back on line again.
