Problem Suggeston
I get nose, statc, or
weak sgnal even when
I’m near the telephone
base.
• Other electronc products can cause nterference wth your cordless telephone. Try nstallng
your telephone away from these types of electronc devces: wreless routers, rados, rado
towers, pager towers, cell phones, ntercoms, room montors, televsons, personal computers,
ktchen applances and other cordless telephones.
• Mcrowave oven operates on the same frequency as your telephone. It s normal to experence
statc on your telephone whle the mcrowave oven s runnng. Do not nstall ths telephone n
the same outlet or near the mcrowave oven.
• If your telephone s plugged n wth a modem or surge protector, plug the telephone (or modem/
surge protector) nto a dfferent locaton. If ths solves the problem, re-locate your telephone
or modem farther apart from one another, or use a dfferent surge protector.
• Relocate your base unt to a hgher locaton. The telephone wll lkely get better recepton f
not nstalled n a lower area.
• If the other telephones n your home are havng the same problem, the problem s n your wrng
or local servce. Contact your local telephone company (charges may apply).
