Phonebook

The phonebook on the handset can store up to 100 entres, each consstng

of entry up to 32 dgts and 16 characters, along wth a dstnctve rng and

pcture for each entry.
• The phonebook menu can be assessed n dle mode by pressng the

DOWN NavKey or , or pressng MENU/SEL twce.

• Press

/CLEAR to qut the menu wthout savng the change.

• Phonebook is empty s dsplayed on screen when there s no entry n the

phonebook.

• When the phonebook s full and the softkey NEW s pressed, Phonebook

is full wll dsplay and there wll be an error tone.

Advanced operation

Store an entry in the phonebook
• When n the

Phonebook menu, press the softkey NEW.

• Use the dal pad (see the

Chart of character on page 33 for nstructon) to

enter the name and telephone number for the entry, and press the softkey

SET when done.

• Press the softkey

SAVE f you do not wsh to assgn any dstnctve rnger

and pcture to ths entry (f you wsh to assgn dstnctve rnger and pcture,

refer to

Customize entries on page 34).
