Basic operation
Options while on calls
• Press the softkey UNMUTE to return to normal conversaton.
Volume control
• Durng a call, use the volume control on the rght sde of the handset, or the
volume control on the base unt, to adjust the lstenng volume.
• Press or on the volume control key to adjust the volume to a comfortable
level.

Ringer silencing
Ths feature allows you to slence the rnger temporarly when the telephone
s rngng.
• Press the softkey
SILENCING on the handset or the softkey QUIET on the
base unt to temporarly slence the rnger.
Call waiting
If you subscrbe to the call watng servce, press the softkey
FLASH on the
handset or at the base unt to answer the new ncomng call.
Intercom call
The ntercom feature allows a conversaton between the handset and the
base unt, or between handsets f addtonal handsets are regstered for use
wth the system.
From base unit to all handsets
• Press
INTERCOM at the base unt, and press the softkey SELECT to
choose GLOBAL PAGE.
• All handsets wll rng and the screen wll dsplay Global Page from
BASE.
