Configure the Gateway
Dataport Configuration
To configure the Data port on the gateway, open ‘Dataport’ as shown in the figure below.
Dataport Configuration is used to configure the RS 232 serial port on the gateway. If you want to connect a PC to
the dataport, you must ensure that the PC and the gateway are identically configured.
Configuration
Baudrate
Possible values are: 1200 bps, 2400 bps, 4800 bps, 9600 bps, 19200 bps, 38400 bps 56600 bps and 115200 bps.
Parity
Select ‘None’, ‘Odd’ or ‘Even’.
Databits
Select 7 or 8 databits.
Stopbits
Select 1 or 2 stopbits.
Save
Press ‘Save’ to activate the new settings.
