System Status

View System Status

To view current gateway status, open ‘System Status’ as shown in the figure below.

If a site has been disconnected, the cause code can be viewed by pressing the link next to the PRI channel that
was disconnected. See next page for a cause code example.

PRI Status

To view status of the PRI, open ‘PRI Status’ as shown in the figure below.
