System Settings

MASTER EQ settings (p. 37) are stored in System settings.

Settings cannot be stored for the parameters marked by “*” in
the table. When the power is turned on, these parameter will
always return to the same value (the default value).

System settings that are not stored

In addition to the parameters marked by “*” in the above
table, the following settings cannot be stored.

BALANCE button setting (p. 24)
Recording setting (p. 28)

Rec Mode/Count In/Punch In/Out setting/Input Quantize

• D Beam controller on/off (p. 34)
LOCK button on/off (p. 16)
ANALOG MODIFY SELECT button setting (p. 37)
External input Center Cancel (p. 17)
• MINUS ONE/CENTER CANCEL button on/off (p. 30, p. 32)

Here’s how to view information about the GW-8 such as its
software version.

1.

Press [MENU].

2.

Use [

] to select “Version” then press [ENTER].

3.

Use [

] to select a page.

You can view information about the imported Special
Tones as well as the version of software used by the
GW-8.

4.

Press [EXIT] to return to the Main screen.
