Using the Call Announcing Option (cont’d)
Notes: (1) To have Call Announcing, the System Administrator must
allow it for your Subscriber Mailbox in system programming.
(2) If you turn on Auto Attendant Do Not Disturb (see also
Recording a Mailbox Greeting) or Paging Message, Call
Announcing will not be available to callers.
1. Call your mailbox (see page 6).
