Here are the answers to some questions you might ask when
using your InDuo™ meter:
What should I do if the InDuo™ meter does not display a message after a
OneTouch
® Ultra Test Strip has been inserted?
Probable reasons Action
Replace the battery
Check that the battery is correctly installed
with the positive ( + ) side up
Insert the OneTouch ® Ultra Test Strip
correctly with the contact bars end-first and
facing up. Push the strip in firmly until it
will go no further
Call the InDuo™ Customer Care Line at

Battery exhausted
Battery incorrectly installed or
absent
OneTouch ® Ultra Test Strip partially
inserted or inserted upside-down
Defective meter
