57 Loading Print Materials
Letterhead (Single-sided printing)
Load letterhead paper for single-sided printing with the design
face up. The top edge of the sheet with the logo should enter
the printer first.
Letterhead (Duplex printing)
Load letterhead paper for duplex printing with the design face
down. The top edge of the sheet with the logo should enter
the printer last.

information on selecting types of print materials.
N OTE : The printer has a Paper Loading menu setting
that allows simplex (single-sided) printing on
letterhead (or other preprinted media) that has
been loaded specifically for duplex printing. For
more information, refer to the
