2 Broadcast
This function is used to send a
document to multiple recipients in
a single transmission operation. 1. Load the document into the
ADF or place it on the flat-
bed glass.
2. Call the Broadcast screen,
and then press the Select
key.
3. Type in the fax number of
the recipient. (A maximum
of 50 recipients can be
specified.)
4. Press the Select key.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until
the fax numbers of all
desired recipients are spec-
ified, and then press the
[Start] key. The fax trans-
mission begins.
3 Polling Rx
With Polling Rx, a document
loaded in the sender’s fax machine
or the document reserved for poll-
ing transmission is sent when a
request is sent. 1. Call the Polling Rx screen,
and then press the Select
key.
2. Type in the fax number of
the sender.
3. Press the Start key. Dialing
begins, and then the fax is
received.
4 Mem Manage.
Mem. Job
List Prints a Memory Job
List. 1. Select “Mem. Job List” and
press the Select key.
Mem.
Clear Clears the job data
stored in the memory.
1. Select “Mem. Clear” and
press the Select key.
2. Enter the desired job num-
ber using 10-key pad and
press the Select key.
3. Press the Select key to
clear the data.
