– Press the [)] key to display the destination name and e-mail ad-
dress. If the wrong destination was selected, press the [Back] key
to return to the previous screen.
– If the e-mail address that was found contains 64 characters or
more, the message “CAUTION” appears, and then the “DIAL REG-
ISTRATION” menu appears again.

Press the [OK] key.
– To change the transmission settings, such as the subject, cc ad-
dress or file format, press the [,] key. The “SCAN OTHER SET-
TING” menu appears. For details on changing the transmission
settings, refer to “Changing the transmission settings” on
page 9-10.
The e-mail address of the recipient is specified in the Scan mode
screen.
