Edit Custom
A paper size that does not appear in the list can be registered as a custom
size.

Click the [Edit Custom] button on the Setup tab.
The Custom Size Settings dialog box appears.

Click the [New] button.
The Custom Size Settings dialog box enlarges to display settings for
specifying the paper size.

In the “Name” box, type the name of the paper size.
