A short circuit of the voltage supply on the USB front connector causes a reset
on the Panel PC.
Caution
Wait 10 seconds after inserting or unplugging a USB unit before starting to use
USB units available (e.g. external keyboard or mouse).
This also applies to touch panels, particularly with regard to touch operation.
