8. Setup to install existing program for projector control
Please refer to Operation Manual of Manager GUI (for version 1.1 0 or more), page-22 in English manual
(Title: Names and Functions of Controls on Screen / USER DEFINE Screen) .
NOTE: There are some limitations to connect Component and S VIDEO. Please read page-25 of the
manual.
In August 2003, following program files for data projectors are provided from Sony.
Process to apply the program file
already made
(2) Select USER DEFINE on PROJECTOR
PROTOCOL box on REMOTE SCREEN, and
then click USER DEFINE button.
SCREEN to apply a program (existing) file, appear as left.
(4) Specify the program (existing) file, and to click
OPEN button.
Parameters of the specified file are available on the USER
DEFINE SCREEN.
(1) Locate these extracted files in Folder of SRP-
X700P Manager on your PC.
NOTE: The USER DEFINE is
available only in RS-232C.
NOTE: Each projector has some limitations, such as COMPONENT signal.
If a projector listed above is used, There is a ‘READ ME’ attached in compressed folder (Zip) explaining
the limitation and suggestions on using the projector.
USER DEFINE SCREEN appears below.
