Changing the Group Name
You can associate a preset group name to your entries to help you
sort them easier in the phone book. The preset group names already
programmed into your phone are:

Family
ᮣ
Friends
ᮣ
Colleague
ᮣ
VIPs
ᮣ
No Group
To associate an existing number located in your phone book:
1. Press
for
Main Menu.
2. Press
for
Phone Book.
3. Press
for
Find.
4. Select the desired entry and press
.
5. Press
to edit the entry.
6. Press the navigation key down until the Group is selected.
7. Press the navigation key left or right until the desired group
name is displayed.
8. Press
to
Save.
To associate a new number:
1. Follow the steps for entering a Adding a New Internal Phone
Book Entry.
2. Before saving, press the navigation key down until Group is
selected.
3. Press the navigation key left or right until the desired group
name is displayed.
4. Press
