2 While a picture is the focus window, you can

apply many operations to it such as channel
select, volume control, and input source
select.

3 In POP mode, you can press OK to select the

three mini windows as a focus window.
“1,2,3” appears on the screen. Before the
on-screen message disappears, press 1, 2,
or 3 on the remote control to choose the
program to be displayed on the main window.

Using the electronic program guide

Your TV has an electronic program guide to help
you navigate through viewing options. The
electronic program guide (EPG) supplies
program information, such as program lists for
channels and times for available programs.
Sometimes detailed program information is also
available on the EPG. (The availability and the
amount of program details vary. depending on
the broadcaster.)

To display the electronic program guide:

1 Press the GUIDE button. The EPG appears.

(Example shown below.)

2 To exit, press GUIDE again.

3 Press OK to move the focus to different

windows. After a window is active, a green
border appears around it and you can apply
operations to it.

4 If the bottom half of the EPG is active, press

or to select the channel you want. (After

the channel is selected, its relevant program
information is displayed).

5 Press

or

to select a different program

at this channel. (After the program is
selected, the top left window displays
detailed program information, if available.)

6 If additional and detailed information about

the selected program appears in the top left
window, you can press OK to highlight it (a
green border appears around it), then press

or

to scroll the page (if required) to

view more information.

7 All available sub channels within an ATSC

channel will be displayed.

Adjusting the image

Adjusting the image for PC/Component mode

Before adjusting the image, make sure that you
select the correct source (Analog RGB or
Component).

To adjust the image for PC/Component
mode:

1 Press MENU, then press or to display the

IMAGE ADJUST menu page.

2 Press

to enter the menu.

Note

Normally the main picture is the default focus
window. Many (but not all) operations can be
applied to the focus window.

Notes

The EPG works only with digital channels.

To enable the EPG to work correctly, you must
set the Auto Clock to ON.

Shows current time, date, current program’s
station and rating, and more.

Displays additional and detailed information
about a particular program. (The availability
of additional details depends on the
broadcaster.)

C

Displays all available sub-channels within an
ATSC channel.

D

Displays the currently selected sub-channel’s
information, such as the program list, and
start and end times of all available programs.

E

Displays a preview of the currently selected
sub-channel.
