1. Does the transmitted signal match the receiver configu-

unmuted?

Synthesizer Not On Fre-
quency
Check synthesizer frequency by measuring the transmit-
ter frequency; realign it off by more than
±150 Hz (VHF),
±500 Hz (UHF)
RF Sensitivity Poor
