Symptom Diagnosis Check
New installation that will not
work. Power Problem
Dip Switch Settings
Transmitter
Antenna Receiver
• Turn Power ON
• Fuse
• Battery Connections
• Turn #5 dip switch OFF
• Program the transmitter
• Replace transmitter battery
• Check Antenna Receiver Connections
Gate opens or closes too far
and blows the fuse. Open or Closed position limit is not
programmed.
Gate Bracket is out of adjustment
• Reset Limits
• Adjust Gate Bracket with arm fully retracted.
Opener obstructs while
disconnected from the gate. Stall Force Adjustment
Power Problem
Operator Arm Problem
• Adjust Stall Force to Maximum
• Battery Under Load
