6.9 Installation of New Program (for technicians)
1) Turn off the power.
2) Insert new program card supplied by FURUNO.
3) Turn on the power. The unit beeps and starts loading the pro-
gram, which takes several minutes.
4) Turn off the power.
5) Replace program card with chart card and turn on the unit.
6.10 Clearing the Memory
The memory, which stores all marks and track, can be cleared when
marks and track are no longer required.
1) Press the [MENU ESC] key.
2) Press the [8] key to select CLEAR MEMORY.

3) Press the [NU/CU ENT] key to clear the memory.
4) After clearing memory, the inital start-up begins.
