Parameter out_1-4 : Output mode of each output
0 = DVI MODE, 1 = HDMI RGB MODE, 2 = HDMI YCbCr4:2:2 MODE,
3 = HDMI YCbCr4:4:4 MODE [Default]

Get output mode.
OUT2: DVI MODE;
other outputs: HDMI YCbCr4:4:4 MODE。

Parameter ch_1-4 : Output
0 = All outputs, 1 = OUT1 to 4 = OUT4
sync_1-4 : Output of synchronous idle
0 = Not output, 1 = Output [Default]
