type foundries. This value, plus the typeface base value (see
Table C-3), produces the numeric code needed to access the
typeface.
Examples:
CG Times from Agfa = 5 + 4096 = 4101.
801 from Bitstream Inc. = 5 + 8192 = 8197
Univers from Agfa = 52 + 4096 = 4148.
Times New Roman from Monotype = 517 + 16384 = 16901
