Using the advanced settings

Getting tips from the online Color Guide

Getting Ready

This section helps you prepare to take pictures with
your PhotoPC 850Z. It includes information on your
camera’s picture-taking range and explains how to
make image quality and flash control settings.

Note:
EPSON is not responsible for any images you may lose
while using our products and software. Make sure your
camera works normally before taking important pictures.

Your camera’s picture-taking range

The camera should be at least 50 centimeters away
from the subject when composing a shot through the
viewfinder.

Close-up photos can be taken from as close as 20 to 50
centimeters to the subject using the macro feature. For
instructions on using this feature, see “Using the
macro setting to take close-ups” on page 2-14
.
