Turn the camera upside down with the lens facing
you. Hold the PUSH button down and slide the
battery cover as shown below.

Insert four batteries into the compartment,
positioning the + and - ends as shown below.
Then lower the battery cover.

Hold the battery cover down and slide it as shown
below.
When the battery power is almost out, a low battery
icon
appears on the display panel. When the
battery power runs out, this icon blinks and the
camera automatically turns off. Remove and recharge
your batteries, and then install the batteries.
Note:
While the flash is being charged when the battery level is
low, the LCD monitor is turned off. When the charge is
complete, it is turned on again.
