Using the Screen
You can change the direction and angle of the screen.

Flip out the screen.
z
Hold at the top and bottom and pull out
as shown.

Rotate the screen.
z
When the screen is swung out, you can
rotate it up, down, or over 180° to face
the subject.
z
The indicated angle is only approximate.

Face it toward you.
z
Normally, use the camera with the
screen facing you.
o
Be careful not to forcefully rotate the screen, putting much power on the
rotating axis (hinge).
o
When a cable is connected to a camera terminal, the rotation angle range of
the flipped-out screen will be limited.
o
When not using the camera, close the screen facing inward. You can protect
the screen.
o
A mirror image (right/left reversed) of subjects is displayed when the screen
faces subjects in front of the camera.
